We develop ServiceNowRest Custom connector
How to install this :
Import the customer connector project using Anypoint connector project external location.
Select the root directory where it was extracted.
Continue with default settings and finish.
Build / Run the project. Should build and install the connector successfully.
You should see this connector in mule connector palette and ready to use.

I'm not quite sure what your question is about is it that you want to use it in anypoint studio you can do like this.
If you have used DevKit to develop your connector you just right click on the connector project and chose the Anypoint connector menu and under there press the menu "install or update" Your connector is then installed into your local Anypoint studio from a local update site. read more at this link link
Or is it that you want to deploy it to the anypoint platform exchange you can read about it here link
Or will you use your connector from maven? then you have to add your dependency to your project pom file it can be done like this
<groupId>your-groupe</groupId> <artifactId>your-artifact</artifactId> <version>version</version>
Then you have to add the repository where maven can find your jar file. It is posible to install your jar file manually to the .m2 repository where maven will find it. read about it here
